What is therapy?
Often times people find themselves repeating the same cycles of conflict, frustration, worry, fear, and shame. Ben works with people to identify these patterns in order to make choices that enhance their relationships and lead to personal growth. He meets with individuals, couples, and families of all ages to help them find better ways of dealing with problems disrupting their lives.
What happens during a therapy session?
The first session is about getting to know you and what issues you’d like to focus on. You’ll fill-out some paperwork which will help Ben know how to lead the conversation. You can talk about anything. Ben may recommend reading material or “homework” to be discussed during your next session.
Who goes to therapy?
People of all ages. Anyone of any age with any life experiences could benefit from therapy. Ben has experience meeting the needs of children, teenagers, and adults.
